In the unfortunate event that an extraction is recommended, we will decide on the treatment details on a case by case basis. Each tooth extraction presents different circumstances and potential challenges. Sometimes we will decide to perform the extraction here at our office, and sometimes we will refer the extraction to a local oral surgeon.
